Common Questions
Do I need to pay to enter giveaways?
Never. Every giveaway has a free entry for all members. Supporters get additional entries as a thank-you, but free members can and do win.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are selected randomly through ScopliDrop's verified giveaway system. Every entry — free or supporter — has an equal chance of being drawn.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep your Adventurer role and can still enter every giveaway with 1 free entry. Your supporter perks stay active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away — you're charged only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a lower tier takes effect at your next billing date, so you keep what you've paid for until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are handled by Stripe, our secure payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Where do I manage or cancel my subscription?
In your account menu under Subscription. You can change tier, update your card, view invoices, or cancel at any time.
